Eccoci qui con un'altra novità sul mio blog, la prima ricetta che renderà felici i nostri fedelissimi cagnolini. VIDEORICETTA: Biscotti per cani

INGREDIENTI:

-150gr Farina Integrale

-2 Uova

-90gr Burro d’Arachidi

PROCEDIMENTO:

In una ciotola versare tutti gli ingredienti e amalgamare con le fruste (o la foglia se utilizzate la planetaria come me) oppure anche a mano.

Se l’impasto risulterà troppo secco aggiungete qualche goccio d’acqua e impastate ancora.

Spolverizzate la spianatoia con la farina, stendete l’impasto e con il taglia biscotti che avete scelto ricavatene quanti più possibile; impastate di nuovo i ritagli e ricavatene altri fino a terminare l’impasto.

Disponeteli su una teglia coperta di carta forno e cuocete in forno a 180° fino a doratura.

Lasciare raffreddare completamente prima di darlo ai vostri amici a quattro zampe!

VIDEO RECIPE: Dog Biscuit

INGREDIENTS:

-150gr Wholemeal flour

-2 eggs

-90gr Peanut Butter

METHOD:

In a bowl pour all the ingredients and mix with the whisk (or the leaf if you use the planetary like me) or even by hand.

If the mixture is too dry add a little water and knead again.

Sprinkle the bench with flour, roll out the dough and cut the biscuits with the cookie cutter that you have chosen to make as many as possible; knead the cuttings again and make some more until the dough is finished.

Arrange them on a tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before giving it to your four-legged friends!
